Various testing methods ensure a quality and defect-free product

We use several different testing methods suited to the various different stages of production.

Components are quality checked upon arrival at our facilities. Following machine reflow soldering, manual visual inspection occurs on the microscopic level in order to confirm quality. Even manually soldered and wave soldered products undergo visual inspection. Our Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system allows us to perform an automated optical inspection to guarantee the quality of components.

We inspect the functionality of finished products by testmachine, either through the use of programmable test tower that also provide test reports or through the use of a jig programmed for product-specific tests. Customers can also provide their own testing equipment (testers or jigs).
