ISO 9011 quality certificate to Sirico Electronics

15.3.2012 On 15.3.2012, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) issued an ISO 9011 quality certificate
to Sirico Electronics. Such certification is the logical continuation of the development of the quality
system at our company. We continue to develop our business so that we can keep abreast of
current requirements and meet the challenges that customers’ new products entail.

Sirico’s new electronics factory is complete

1.12.2011 Construction on our new, 1.600 m² modern factory has been completed and the facility is already in full use. We are now able to offer our expanding circle of customers significant improvements in our capacity. In our new factory, special consideration has been given to the management of static electricity and energy effectiveness (through the use of geothermal heating and heat recuperation systems, amongst others).

New Managing Director

16.6.2010Sirico Electronics Oy’s Board of Directors has elected Jouko Leisiö as the company’s new Managing Director as of 16.6.2010. Having previously worked for ABB Oy, Elcoteq Oy and Enics Finland Oy, Jouko was most recently employed by Enics Finland Oy as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and a member of that company’s leadership group. Sirico Electronics bids Jouko a warm welcome to our dynamic team. Customers are asked to contact Jouko with any customer relationship queries that they might have.

We are also pleased to announce that Veijo Meriläinen has been elected Chairman of Sirico Electronics Oy’s Board of Directors, effective 16.6.2010. We are delighted to welcome such an experienced and knowledgeable chairman as leader of the board.
